Yes, on-day delivery will be charged from $15 (depending on your location). This is only applicable for instock items. 

2. I have made a purchase but do not know how to use it. Where can I find a guide?

Not to worry! We will send you a guide related to the product that you have purchased, via WhatsApp.

3. I have made a purchase, but do not like the product. I want to return it!

Please note that no refunds or returns are allowed, unless the products that you have received were damaged or broken.

4. I want to work with @bysofea.sg! How can I apply?
